Please Note:

I offer this basic website as a starting point in line with some of the suggestions offered at our last meeting.  This is a simple framework only, for each of you to consider and provide suggestions as to how we might take it forward, or not as the case may be.  I hope I am not treading on anyone else's toes here.  If anyone else has developed a site I am more than willing to go with it.  This was just an attempt at being proactive.

I have set up a standard gateway (Front page) linking to a separate page for each of us.  I perceive this as a house at present but the way in which each of us decorates our rooms may make this a home for the future.

As noted above, I see that each of us will, in time and independently, administer our own area.  At present I have started with my own area by way of example.  I have included my research proposal here along with a few links (I will add to these soon).

I have not published this page on the internet YET.  You access it by selecting file, opening the folder containing the site and clinking on 'index'.  It works in both Internet Explorer and Netscape.  I have checked all the links as far as possible and all are working.

I would be willing in the first instance to get things up and running and if you will give me your persmissions I will include your research proposals and / or anything else you suggest. - PLEASE MAKE SOME SUGGESTIONS (not rude ones).  I see this as a joint venture / network and I need your help to make it work in the initial stages.

What do you think of including the following:

Note:  I have, and will not, include anything that you do not agree with.  Nothing, as stated, has been formally published yet.  In time each individual will service their own area.  I will maintain the front page (with your assistance / guidance) and my own page.  If you want me to change the structure / layout send me your ideas and I will attempt to implement all necessary changes and get this online before our next meeting

All the best

Stephen
